All fund-level documents, including the LPA, subscription agreements, audited accounts, and investor letters, are maintained in the portal and updated on a rolling basis.

Capital calls are issued with at minimum 10 business days' notice. Full supporting documentation including drawdown amounts, project milestones, and wire instructions are included with each notice.
Reporting & Transparency
We provide quarterly NAV reports, semi-annual portfolio reviews, and annual audited accounts to all fund LPs. ESG reports are issued annually in line with TCFD and SASB frameworks.

How do I request access to the investor portal?
Portal access is granted to qualified institutional and professional investors who have completed our onboarding process. Contact ir@kxtenergy.com to request an invitation. Following KYC/AML verification, you will receive a secure invitation link.
What types of investors does KXT Energy work with?
We work with institutional investors including pension funds, endowments, family offices, development finance institutions, sovereign wealth funds, and high-net-worth professional investors.
What fund structures are available?
We offer equity co-investment in individual projects, LP participation in our closed-end infrastructure fund, and bespoke co-development structures for strategic partners. Contact our IR team to discuss the most appropriate structure for your mandate.
What is the minimum investment threshold?
Minimum commitments vary by fund and structure. Please contact our investor relations team directly to discuss specific terms.
How are capital calls structured?
Capital calls are issued as projects reach defined investment milestones. LPs receive a minimum of 10 business days' notice per call, with full documentation including drawdown rationale, wire instructions, and project status updates.
What reporting do LPs receive?
LPs receive quarterly NAV reports, semi-annual portfolio and performance reviews, annual audited accounts, and ad-hoc notices for material events. All documents are available through the investor portal.
