Engr. Steve Nnorom is a highly accomplished Project Management and Engineering Professional with over 20 years of proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, telecommunications, EPC, Oil & Gas, and Utility Construction projects across Africa, Middle East and North America Regions. He possesses a strong track record of successfully leading complex multidisciplinary projects from concept development through engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational handover. Currently serving as the Executive Project Director, North American Region for KXT Energy. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed billion-dollar pipeline and energy infrastructure projects, offshore marine operations, fiber optic installations, landfall and shore crossing works, and complex construction programs for globally recognized organizations. Steve brings extensive expertise in strategic project execution, contract and subcontract management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, budgeting and cost control, procurement, quality assurance, HSE compliance, tendering, and operational leadership. He is widely recognized for his ability to build high- performing teams, drive operational efficiency, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and consistently deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. His professional background spans leadership roles with leading organizations in the energy and construction sectors, including Willbros Offshore, Subsea7 Limited, Global Offshore Limited, Oilserv Limited, Nestoil Group, and West African Ventures, Aecon Group Inc. etc. where he successfully delivered high-value offshore and onshore infrastructure projects with strong commercial and operational outcomes. Steve holds a Master of Project Management (MPM) from University of Lagos, a Mini-MBA in Business Management and Innovation from Tekedia Institute, Boston and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology Owerri. He is also a Certified International Project Manager (CIPM™), holds an International Certificate in Advanced Leadership Skills (ICALS™), and is a registered engineer with COREN, member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), member of International Project Management Institute (PMI), member PMI Nigeria Chapter and PMI Southwestern Ontario Chapter A strategic and results-driven leader, Steve is known for his strong business acumen, technical depth, leadership capability, and commitment to excellence in project delivery, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
