Alex Kamara appointed to KXT Energy Board of Directors

KXT Energy has appointed Alex Kamara as Non-Executive Director, adding over 30 years of experience in business operations, strategy, and enterprise transformation spanning the USA, UK, Ghana, Rwanda, Tanzania, Nigeria, and the UAE.

Alex has held senior group and country operations roles in technology, telecommunications, events, and entertainment industries, with a track record delivering significant results in both multinational corporations and high-growth start-ups across emerging and established markets.

For the past six years, Alex has served with Ethara, as Executive Director, in Abu Dhabi, an events, entertainment, and venue management company that hosts the internationally acclaimed Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix at the Yas Marina Circuit, along with multiple premier events in Abu Dhabi and the GCC region. In that role, he leads Strategic Transformation at one of the most operationally complex events businesses in the world.

He holds an MBA from London Business School, an MSc in Materials Sciences from the University of California Los Angeles, and a BSc in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Manchester.
