Fatima Yakubu appointed to KXT Energy Board of Directors

KXT Energy has appointed Fatima Yakubu as Non-Executive Director, adding over 35 years of senior executive experience across oil and gas, audit, and banking to the company's board.

Fatima is currently CEO of Novistra Consulting Company and served as the immediate past Chief Human Resources Officer of NNPC Ltd, one of Africa's largest state energy corporations. Her career spans executive and board-level roles at Akintola Williams and Co, Meridian Equity Bank, Nigeria LNG Ltd, and NNPCL, with a focus ranging from operations to business strategy.

A Harvard alumna, she holds a degree from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and an MBA from the University of Lagos. Her professional affiliations include Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK, and Member of the Institute of Directors.

According to Nnanna, KXT’s CEO, Fatima brings rare depth to KXT's board, a leader who has shaped human capital strategy at the highest levels of Nigeria's energy sector, and who now brings that institutional knowledge to a company focused on delivering the continent's next generation of infrastructure.
