KXT signs Engineering Partnership MoU
20 May 2026

KXT Energy has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with a leading engineering services firm, establishing a formal partnership framework for the joint delivery of infrastructure projects across Africa.
The MoU covers cooperation across engineering design, procurement, project management, and construction delivery, combining KXT's project origination and financing capability with its partner's engineering depth and regional execution experience.
Under the terms of the agreement, both parties will collaborate on project origination, technical feasibility, front-end engineering design (FEED), and full EPC execution on qualifying programmes across KXT's core markets: Nigeria, Kenya, Egypt, and South Africa.
"This partnership strengthens our ability to respond to large-scale infrastructure mandates with a complete, integrated offering," said Nnanna Anyanwu, CEO of KXT Energy. "Our EPC+F model requires engineering partners who meet the highest standards of technical excellence. This MoU formalises a collaboration that we expect to generate significant value for both organisations and the communities we serve."
The agreement is KXT's latest strategic move to build the ecosystem required to execute on its growing project pipeline across energy, water, transport, and digital infrastructure. Detailed project mandates will be disclosed soon!
